My name is Perry Dray, and I am the Sales Manager of the Burnham branch. I started working in Estate Agency in Burnham in 2013 and since then I have accumulated a wealth of local and property knowledge. Over the past decade I have sold hundreds of properties within the SL1, 2, 3 and 6 postcodes and know exactly what it takes to make your dream move a reality.

I have always been fascinated by property therefore Estate Agency was the perfect career path for me to take and I love meeting different people daily and matching them up with their family homes. Having always worked in the customer service industry I will always be on hand to answer any questions you may have. Having worked for corporate companies in the past the family run business that Oakwood Estates is particularly stood out to me, the number one focus for us here is our customer service and we pride ourselves on each and every positive review we receive.

Being born and raised in the local area I have the benefit of extensive knowledge of the local area which allows me to perfectly put together a tailored marketing plan to help sell your property. When I am not valuing or selling properties I enjoy playing cricket every summer along with coaching football at a non-league level during the winter months. In my free time I enjoy participating in local pool or snooker competitions and socialising with friends on the weekend.
