Role: Full Time Sales Negotiator

Location: New Windsor Branch  and Richings Park

Salary: £10,000 – £15,000 basic plus commission with OTE – £25,000 – £30,000 and Company Car.

- 23 days holiday
- Full Time including some weekends
- Full UK Driving License

Roles
• Looking at and collecting information about a property, and arranging for photographs to be taken;
• Visiting and talking to the sellers about their property and its special features;
• Estimating the value of the property;
• Marketing and promoting properties for sale;
• Representing the sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers;
• Monitoring sales as they proceed and liaising with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents;
• Advising clients and helping buyers to decide what they want to buy;
• Making sure that a price is agreed that is acceptable to both buyer and seller;
• Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market.

Role: Full Time Lettings Negotiator

Location: New Windsor Branch and Richings Park

Salary – £10,000 – £15,000 basic plus commission with OTE – £25,000 – £30,000 and Company Car.

- Full Time including some weekends
- Full UK Driving License

Roles

• Vet prospective tenants by collecting references and credit checks;
• Ensure properties meet legal and health and safety requirements, i.e. gas safety certificates;
• Draw up tenancy agreement contracts;
• Collect or organise rent payments;
• Act as a property manager and resolve any issues that arise with properties
• Presenting the property particulars in a professional manor
• Honing a successful style of conducting property viewings

Role: Weekend Sales Negotiator

Location: Positions available for both the Richings Park Branch and Windsor Branch

Wage – £7.50 Per Hour

- 9.30am to 5.00pm – 7.5hours on Saturday – £56.25
- 10.30am to 3.30pm – 5 hours on Sunday – £37.50
- £93.75 per weekend

Job Description:

• Book and attend viewing, survey, mortgage and valuation appointments
• Arrange appointments as soon as possible between Financial Consultants and potential customers who have been  suitably qualified.
• Maintain regular vendor and potential purchaser contact
• Check sale boards status and maintain window display
• Arrange and follow up viewings for potential buyers and accompany when required.
• Fully qualify all potential vendors and purchasers using agreed documentation and procedures.
• Provide feedback to vendors at the earliest convenience
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all properties being marketed to maximise sales opportunities;
• Ability to work under pressure within a target orientated environment with minimal supervision
• Provide property details to potential buyers and to ensure properties are matched as closely as possible to the established needs of potential purchasers;
• Prepare information and keys for accompanied viewer
• To undertake viewings when requested
