Many children living in Gerrards cross also attend the International ASC school at Hillingdon.

Green Spaces

You will also find the East and West Common offer fabulous open green spaces which are used by the residents for dog walking and recreation. Also located on common is the children’s playground and the football pitch with games scheduled throughout the weekends. People move here for a more relaxed pace of life than in London but with the option to get back in to central within minutes if they so please. Just minutes from Gerrards Cross is Black Park Country Park with over 500 acres of woodland, heathland and open space, including over 10 miles of well-surfaced tracks for cycling and walks.

Things To Do

If you’re looking for entertainment then Gerrards Cross has its very own Everyman cinema along with an array of pubs and restaurants primarily dotted along the Packhorse Road and Oak End Way. The town has a buzzy High Street with a wide range of shops, cafes and restaurants and there is a large Tesco and Waitrose. The newest editions to open are Gails Bakery and the Beech House which is a large restaurant and bar. There are two excellent tennis clubs, Bull Lane and Dukes Wood and popular squash club.
