31 High Street
As an area Iver has some fantastic selling points from the introduction of the Crossrail to the world famous Pinewood Studios which inherited its name as a result of the numerous Pine Trees in the local area. Surrounding Pinewood Studios is an estimated 530 acres of park land known as Black Park which includes a beautiful lake which extends across the entire space. The outdoor space has been used by Pinewood for numerous movies including James Bond, Batman, Robin Hood and Frankenstein.
Iver is popular with people who work at Heathrow as its only 4.5 miles away. It also surrounds an extensive motorway network with links on to the M40, M25 and M4 so it’s a good choice for people who require quick access. School wise families will find themselves in the catchment area for some of the UK’s best grammar schools such as Burnham Grammar School.
Iver Managers Viewpoint
My name is Christopher Perryman and I am the Sales Manager at the Iver and Richings Park offices. I launched my residential sales career in 2012 and worked within the local area during this time. I am highly motivated and knowledgeable and have sold hundreds of properties within Buckinghamshire. Having vast experience of selling property in all sectors of the market I have a proven track record of achieving resullts.
Being born and raised in the local area I have an in-depth knowledge of the surrounding area. My strengths lie in being highly organised and my dedication to customer care. As a manager I lead my sales team by example and my core aim is delivering an unrivalled customer experience.
Thoughts on Iver
The Iver High Street Branch is the Buckinghamshire glue that links our network of offices together from Middlesex over to Berkshire. I find myself constantly working in tangent with West Drayton, Richings Par, Datchet, Old Windsor and Burnham in order to secure buyers and tenants for our Iver Sales and Lettings properties. It’s therefore a great location to work with endless opportunities and directions which can be taken with each campaign.
Right in the centre of Iver village there is a conservation area and you will find an array of stunning homes dating from the 15th to 17th Century. All in all there is a good mixture of flats and houses with a wide range of prices from £250,000 up to in excess of £3,000,000. If you’re a first time buyer, investment buyer or looking for a family home then I’m certain I will be able to assist in your search.
